The music industry is accelerating, offering more than 2,000 summer jobs.

The 2025 summer campaign is driving up job demand in the festival sector: companies like Randstad will manage more than 2,000 vacancies in Spain, especially in catering, customer service, and logistics.

According to the recruitment firm Randstad, it expects to manage more than 2,000 job openings across the country. The geographic distribution of employment is particularly notable in Andalusia and Levante, where around 600 new hires are expected in each area due to the high concentration of musical activities. Other regions with strong demand include the north of the Iberian Peninsula (600 vacancies), the Community of Madrid and the Canary Islands (around 550), and Catalonia (around 300), reflecting a particularly busy summer season for shows and entertainment. Key profiles include busboys, cooks, front-of-house waiters, ushers, access control staff, ticketing, cloakroom attendants, and runners.

In addition, Randstad estimates nearly 700,000 new contracts in sectors such as hospitality, transportation, and leisure, a 9.4% increase over the previous year, reflecting a continued recovery in the labor market following the pandemic.
