The Ministry of Culture has launched a comprehensive reform of the National Institute of Performing Arts and Music (INAEM) with the aim of modernizing its organizational structure and improving its management. This reform includes the creation of the General Directorate of Performing Arts and Music, which will assume responsibility for promotion, heritage, and sectoral coordination, separating them from the work of artistic production and exhibition.
The new Collective Agreement for the event planning sector, which will come into effect in January 2025, establishes significant salary increases, greater work flexibility, and strengthened occupational health and safety measures. Valid until 2027, the agreement seeks to adapt to the demands of the sector and guarantee better conditions for employees, especially temporary and self-employed workers.
